Miso Farro
This lovely farro brings an incredible umami flavor that makes for a perfect grain in glory bowls, chilled and added to a salad, or as a side for an Japanese inspired dinner. Leftovers are excellent either cold or reheated.

- In an instant pot add rinsed farro and water.
- Set to high pressure and cook for 10 minutes.
- Once cooking is finished, let sit for 5 minutes then manual release pressure.
- There should still be water left in the instant pot.
- Mix in miso paste and stir until dissolved.
- Serve either with the broth or use a slotted spoon to drain off excess water.
