Seedy Energy Balls

We typically have a batch of these energy balls in our freezer for a quick and easy snack. They are great as a pick me up, a snack as you run out the door, or on your next great adventure. Our kiddos also love ‘em and they are loaded with healthy fats and brain boosting omegas!

These grab and go energy balls are packed with nutrients. Perfect for an afternoon snack, or a quick bite as you run out the door.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Add oats and nuts to a food processor, pulse until a small-chunky consistency is achieved.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to the food processor, process until well combined and the ingredients start to form a ball.
  3. Roll into bite size balls.
  4. Transfer to a freezer bag or container.

Notes

These keep in the freezer for up to 4 weeks. Makes about 20 medium sized balls.

I make 1/2 of the batch in to nickel sized balls for the kiddos. They love them!
