Here is our families favorite waffle recipe. We have these on rotation at least once a week. They store great in the fridge for an easy breakfast option later in the week. Top with your favorite toppings like butter, nut butter, maple syrup, or molasses.

Instructions
- Combine apple cider vinegar and non-dairy milk into a bowl and let sit for 5 minutes.
- In a medium bowl combine dry ingredients and mix together.
- Add all wet ingredients to dry ingredients and whisk to combine.
- Add in any additional ingredients like berries or chocolate chips. We love using frozen blueberries.
- Scoop out ¼-½ cups of batter onto a preheated waffle iron. Let cook until most of the steam is burned off.
- Transfer to a plate to enjoy immediately with a spread of butter, maple syrup, nut butter, and or molasses.
Notes
Add in your favorite mix in's! We love adding blueberries. Other options would be chocolate chips or other types of berries.
