I went through these same struggles. I thought brain fog was a badge of honor you had to push through as a new mom. I thought it was normal to just gain a couple unnecessary and unwanted pounds each year. I also thought that achieving my athletic goals should have been accomplished in my “prime” years when I was a 20 something (little did I know that my prime is actually NOW!). I was sick of watching the scale, counting my calories, and tracking my food. I knew there had to be a SIMPLE and SUSTAINABLE way to eat nutritious, delicious, and life promoting foods that would make me feel incredible. (SPOILER ALERT: there is!)
