Berry crumble

This is definitely a fan favorite on the blog and also in our household. It’s the perfect blend of berries with a thick crumble topping. It can easily be prepared prior to cooking dinner, let to sit out, and popped into the oven while you enjoy dinner. I hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients

Berry Filling
Crumble

Instructions

  1. In a 9.5”x13.5” baking pan combine all the ingredients for the berry filling. Mix well and set aside
  2. In a medium mixing bowl combine all the ingredients for the crumble. Mix well so all the butter is incorporated and the mixture becomes chunky
  3. Evenly distribute the crumble mixture on top of the berry filling
  4. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, or until the crumble starts to brown and the berry juice starts to bubble
  5. Remove from the oven and let sit for about 10 minutes
  6. Serve with a spoonful of non-dairy ice cream or non-dairy whip cream
  7. Enjoy!
