Berry crumble
This is definitely a fan favorite on the blog and also in our household. It’s the perfect blend of berries with a thick crumble topping. It can easily be prepared prior to cooking dinner, let to sit out, and popped into the oven while you enjoy dinner. I hope you enjoy it!

Instructions
- In a 9.5”x13.5” baking pan combine all the ingredients for the berry filling. Mix well and set aside
- In a medium mixing bowl combine all the ingredients for the crumble. Mix well so all the butter is incorporated and the mixture becomes chunky
- Evenly distribute the crumble mixture on top of the berry filling
- Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, or until the crumble starts to brown and the berry juice starts to bubble
- Remove from the oven and let sit for about 10 minutes
- Serve with a spoonful of non-dairy ice cream or non-dairy whip cream
